– Use as it is

ON
– Substitute Pump 2 for Pump 1.

Change GL Roughing Rotation
– Each time the glass lens rotates, direction of rotation is
changed.

Frame Change Mode : Feeler Offset
– Set the feeling offset for the frame change mode

Lens Adaptor
– You can choose the type of lens adaptor. The size of it can be set, of
needed.
<Rotation>
You can set the number and the speed of rotation.

Rotation Limit
– Number of rotation is set according to the processing steps and lens
materials.

Rotation Speed
–Speed of rotation is set according to the processing steps and lens
materials.

Roughing Y Speed
– Falling speed of the lens in roughing process is set.
NOTE
 Be careful not to input too high rotation speed value. Fast rotation may cause axis shift
problem.

To slow down the falling speed, input lower value on Roughing Y Speed.
 Safe Mode value in the Roughing Y Speed is only available when Safety Mode is turned
on.
