Before washing the motorcycle, it is necessary to duly protect the following parts

from water:

a) Rear opening of the muffler;

b) Clutch and front brake levers, handgrips, handlebar switches;

c) Air filter intake;

d) Steering head, wheel bearings,

In addition to these precautions, NEVER ALLOW HIGH-PRESSURE AIR OR

WATER to get in contact with any ELECTRICAL PARTS, the FUEL INJEC-

TION SYSTEM, and especially the electronic control unit (1) and the digital

dashboard (2).
