GENERAL
VALVE GEAR
Single overhead camshaft, chain driven; 4 valves.
Valve angle in relation to cylinder axis:
INLET: 20°
EXHAUST: 20°
Valve timing with valve play of 0.004 in.
with cold engine:
INLET:
opens before T.D.C.: 30°
closes after B.D.C.: 85°
EXHAUST:
opens at b.B.D.C.89°
closes at a.T.D.C.: 40°
Valve clearance (with cold engine):
INLET: 0.004 in.
EXHAUST: 0.006 in.
FUEL FEED
Gravity.
Dry type air filter.
Carburetor: ”KEIHIN” FCR-H41
LUBRICATION
Reed system "R.A.L." (Reed Activated Lubrication) with oil pump.
COOLING
By fluid with double cooler.
IGNITION
Electronic with capacitive discharge and with variable spark advance by digital
control.
Spark plug: “NGK” R0045J/10 (inductive type)
