MAINTENANCE AND CARE
• Prior to any maintenance, turn off the power of the machine and allow it to cool down to
room temperature.
• Clean the surfaces after using the machine at the end of each shift.
• Use a damp soft sponge or cloth to clean the body. Wipe the body dry afte
r cleaning.
• To clean the cooled chamber, use a semi
-dry or dry soft sponge or cloth without the addition
of detergents. After cleaning, wipe the chamber dry.
• Never clean the equipment using any abrasive materials, metallic sponges or brushes, pricking
or cutting items, aggressive or chlorine-containing detergents, gasoline, acids, alkalies or
solvents.
• If the equipment is not to be operated for a long time (during days off, holidays, etc.), it shall
be shut off from the power supply and thoroughly cleaned.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
ATTENTION: MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SHALL BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE POWER SUPPLY
COMPLETELY SHUT OFF, BY SWITCHING THE INPUT SWITCH TO THE "OFF" POSITION AND
DISCONNECTING THE PLUG FROM THE SOCKET, AND BY DULY QUALIFIED TECHNICAL
PERSONNEL.
Maintenance of the machine shall be performed in accordance with the regulations of the
country where the unit is used. The work items listed in this manual are for reference only.
During maintenance, make sure to:
• Brief and check the knowl
edge of the operating rules by the personnel operating the unit.
• Interview the personnel operating the machine about the possible abnormal operation of the
unit.
• Visually inspect the machine's condition.
• Check for bared wires.
• Check the integrity of the earthing line and the earthing circuit of the machine (from the
earthing terminal to accessible metal parts - resistance should not exceed 0.1 Ohm).
• Pull current
-carrying contact groups, sensors, relays/contactors, thermal/current protection,
interlock microswitches and other emergency shutdown elements, heating elements, signaling
fittings, liners, fasteners and moving parts of the machine (if any).
The machine shall be repaired by skilled technical personnel.
No design modifications shall be made.
In the event of the machine's abnormal operation, turn off the power by turning the main
switch to the "off" position or by removing the plug from the socket, and contact the service
provider.
It is strictly forbidden to operate a unit that is known to be faulty.
The Seller and the Manufacturer may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that
may result from an accident or from operating a defective unit.
