Receive Status

messages

The following messages may appear in the 

Receive Status

 field. The Comments 

section gives more information about each code, and describes any possible 
corrective measures. See Figure 11 on page 15 for corrective measure involving 
cables or the power supply. 

Power cycling

 means to unplug the power cord from 

the wall outlet or surge protector, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in.

If corrective measures do not solve a problem, contact your service provider.

RxCode 5 means the receive modem is working properly. It is the code you will 
see most of the time.

Note:

Remember that IRU refers to the receive modem, and that ITU refers to the 

transmit modem.
