DW4020 installation and components

How the DW4020 
works

The DW4020, in combination with an antenna, provides satellite connectivity 
for multiple computers on a LAN. Because the software is on the Gateway, there 
is no need to load any other software on your computer.

Figure 1 shows how the DW4020 receives and transmits satellite signals. The 
DW4020 is independent of operating platforms. Whether your computers use 
Windows, Unix, Linux, or is a Mac, they can surf the Internet now that they are 
connected to the DW4020. The DW4020 can also be used with devices other 
than computers, such as point-of-sale (POS) terminals or credit verification 
devices.
