bin cleaning equipment is manufactured to rigorous quality standards. The
basic design concept is to use quality materials and proven designs to attain reliability and
safe functional operation.
This manual is provided to assist the operator to obtain the best from the equipment via
correct operating and maintenance procedures, together with basic safety points.
The Trailed Bin Cleaning Unit is a mobile, self-contained unit with its own power source,
designed to effectively internally clean EN 840 waste bins of various sizes.
Key features include the filtration and recycling of wash water and the mechanical/hydraulic
elevation of bins into their cleaning positions with the minimum of manual handling effort.
Operators are able to load the bins, raise them into the cleaning position and manually wash
them with the hand-held high pressure lance
The unit is not designed, nor intended for, the cleaning of bins/containers that have
contained hazardous waste.
