NOTES!

Mounting example and tightening torques (dimension drawing see chapter 13 ).
The installation described below is offered as an example only and may vary
according to the coupling and flange type. It is essential to observe the specific
instructions provided by the manufacturer of the coupling.

You must be able to mount the coupling without force.
·
If possible, fit the intermediate flange (7) in a manner that ensures the screwed
sealing plug (17) points downwards.
·
If possible, fit the device in a manner that ensures the cable gland (20) points
downwards Exchange the position of the cable gland (20) and the blanking plug
(18), if necessary.
·
To carry out step 9, it may be necessary to turn the drive shaft (1) to the correct
position.
·
Intermediate disc (5), flange (7) and coupling (4) must meet the requirements
for safe mounting. See also Chapter 12.3 .

1. Lightly grease the drive shaft (1) and centring (13).
2. Mount the coupling (4) onto the drive shaft.
3. Secure the coupling hub on the drive shaft (1) using the grub screw (2).
