Maintaining the Conference Room
Environment
Using the Telepresence System
To ensure that the video of important participants is clearly and completely displayed,
seat the important participants in the six seats at the conference table and do not move
the seats.
Before having a private conversion, use the touch panel to mute the microphone.
Do not get the touch panel wet. Do not tap the touch panel with excessive force.
The system administrator is recommended to arrive at the telepresence room ahead of a
conference to prepare the conferencing environment and ensure that the telepresence
system can be used properly.
To ensure that a conference starts on time, do not power off any device before the
conference.
Maintaining the Telepresence System
Keep the conference room clean and use appropriate methods and tools to clean the
conference room. For example, use a soft cloth to clean the HD displays screen gently as
instructed.
