6.1.2 Adjusting the Local Volume

Context

During a conference, you can adjust the volume of local speakers. The local speakers are
muted if you adjust the volume to its lowest value.

Procedure

Step 1

From the home screen of the touch panel, tap

to display the volume control slider.

Step 2

Move the slider rightwards to raise the volume or leftwards to lower the volume.

----End

6.2 Viewing Sites on Specified Display Screens

In a multipoint conference, you can drag a desired site to the HD display area on the touch
panel to view that site.

If the site you want to view has three display screens, the site's three screen videos are
displayed on the three HD displays after you drag the site to the HD display area. To

view a specific screen video on a specific HD display, tap

  and drag the screen to

the desired virtual HD display. To view the video from another screen, slide left or right
on the virtual HD display.

On the center HD display, you can view any of the three screens of the remote site. On
the left HD display you can view the left or center screen of the remote site. On the right
HD display you can view the center or right screen of the remote site.

If the site you want to view has only one display screen, simply drag the site to one of
the virtual HD displays to view it.

6.3 Viewing Picture in Picture

After the picture in picture function is enabled, three small windows are displayed on the
three HD displays respectively.

The picture in picture function does not use additional system resources and does not need to
be preset before conferences, which is different from the continuous presence function.

Tap

to enable the picture in picture function.

Tap

to disable the picture in picture function.
