Power grid exception:
The actual grid
frequency is lower than
the local power grid
standard.
1.
If the alarm is triggered
accidentally, it may be
due to temporary
abnormalities in the
power grid. The
SUN2000 will
automatically recover
after the power grid has
resumed normal
functioning.
2.
If the alarm is triggered
frequently, check
whether the grid
frequency is within the
acceptable range. If it is
not, contact the local
power operator. If grid
frequency is within the
acceptable range,
modify the grid
underfrequency
protection threshold
with the consent of the
local power operator.

The grid voltage drops
dramatically or the
power grid is
short-circuited. As a
result, the inverter
transient output current
exceeds the upper
threshold and, which
triggers the inverter
protection.

The SUN2000
automatically recovers
after the fault is
rectified.
2.
If the alarm is triggered
frequently and affects
the power production of
the PV plant, check
whether the output is
short-circuited. If the
fault persists, contact
your installer.
