NOTICE

l

Do not stand an RRU upright because the RF ports cannot support the weight of the RRU.

l

Place a foam pad or cardboard under an RRU to protect the RRU housing from damage
during the installation.

Context

A pole supports three, four, or six RRUs. The procedures for installing them are the same. The
following provides an example for the procedure of installing four RRUs on a pole.

Procedure

Step 1

Install two RRUs, as shown in 

Figure 8-15

Use an M6 inner hexagon screwdriver to loosen the four hex socket screws from the main bracket
and pole installation brackets on the second set of mounting brackets, and remove the main
bracket, as shown in
