A  empresa 

SEAL

,  apresentou  recurso  administrativo  visando  a 

inabilitação  de  nossa  empresa  conforme  descrito  nos  fatos.  Contudo,  ao 

analisarmos o teor do recurso notamos que há enorme carência de argumentos 

sólidos a fim de que possam ensejar esta pretensão.  

Não  se  faz  tarde  lembrar  que  a  licitação  visa  à  obtenção  da 

proposta  mais  vantajosa.  E  realmente,  a  proposta  apresentada  pela  nossa 

empresa é de fato a mais vantajosa. Visto que atende as exigências do presente 

instrumento convocatório, além do melhor preço.  

A  inabilitação  de  licitantes  deve  ser  sempre  calcada  em  critérios 

objetivos,  não  como  neste  caso,  que  visando  unicamente  a  expansão 

desenfreada de lucros nossos concorrentes apontam pontos irrelevantes e sem 

qualquer respaldo nos princípios da isonomia ou igualdade.
