To find a contact on your phone
Do one of the following:
Browse through your contacts by rolling the TRACKBALL, or by sliding
your finger up and down on the screen. Rapid brush movements in either
direction accelerates the scrolling. Touch the screen to stop the scrolling.
Use the
Quick scroll
tab. As soon as
you start scrolling with your finger, the
quick scroll tab appears on the right,
connected to the scroll bar.
Touch and drag the tab up or down
to scroll through the alphabet rapidly.
Release your finger when the first letter
of the name you are looking for appears.
You will be taken to that point in the
names.

Communicate with your contacts
From the contacts list, you can quickly call
or send a text or multimedia message to a
contact’s default phone number.
However, to view all the information you have
stored for a contact, and to initiate other types
of communication with that contact, open the
contact details
screen.
To open the contact’s details screen, touch the
contact name in the contacts list.
