Make a call from Speed Dial
You can make calls using Speed Dial. To learn how to use Speed Dial, see “Speed
Dial” in Chapter 9.
2.3 Receiving a Call
When you receive a phone call, you have the option to answer it or ignore it.
To answer or ignore an incoming call
•
To answer the call, press the TALK/SEND
button.

To reject the call, press the END button.
•
To reject the call and to send a text message
to the caller’s mobile phone, click
Send Text
.

To mute the ringing sound without rejecting
the call, click
Silence
.
You can change the default text message to send
to the caller. To change the default message, on
the Home screen, click
Start > All Programs >
Settings > Phone > Advanced
.
To set Advanced Phone settings
You can choose to reject a call with a text message and to set the phone to vibrate
when the phone connection is established with the other party.
On the Home screen, click
Start > All Programs > Settings > Phone > Advanced
and then select the options you want.
