nano SIM card

HTC Butterfly 2 uses a nano SIM card.

Use a standard nano SIM card only. Inserting a modified card that is thicker than the standard
nano SIM card may cause the card to not fit properly or damage the card slot.

Inserting a nano SIM card

With HTC Butterfly 2 facing up, the nano SIM slot is on the right side.

1.

Insert your fingertip in the small opening on the right side of HTC Butterfly 2, and then pull
the nano SIM tray out. 

2.

Make sure HTC Butterfly 2 and the nano SIM tray are facing up.

3.

Place the nano SIM card into the tray, with the card’s gold contacts facing down and cut-off
corner facing out.
