Remove the chassis from the rack

Hewlett Packard Enterprise recommends removing the external chassis components before removing the chassis from the
rack as a fully populated chassis is heavy.

Procedure

Power down the servers.

Remove all power:

a. Disconnect each power cord from the power source.

b. Disconnect each power cord from the chassis.
