Enabling and Disabling GVRP on the Switch. 

This command enables 

GVRP on the switch. 

Syntax

gvrp 

This example enables GVRP: 

HPswitch(config)# gvrp 

This example disables GVRP operation on the switch: 

HPswitch(config)# no gvrp 

Enabling and Disabling GVRP On Individual Ports. 

When GVRP is 

enabled on the switch, use the 

unknown-vlans 

command to change the 

Unknown VLAN field for one or more ports. You can use this command at 
either the Manager level or the interface context level for the desired port(s). 

Syntax

Changes the Unknown VLAN field setting for the specified
