Parameters
cpu-threshold
: Specifies the CPU usage threshold in percentage. The value range is 0 to 100.
slot
slot-number
: Specifies a card by its slot number. If you do not specify this option, the command sets
the CPU usage threshold for the active MPU. (In standalone mode.)

and the member ID. If you do not specify this option, the command sets the CPU usage threshold for the
global active MPU. (In IRF mode.)

: Specifies a CPU by its number. The

Usage guidelines
The device samples CPU usage at an interval of 1 minute. If the sample is greater than the CPU usage
threshold, the device sends a trap.

Password recovery capability controls console user access to the device configuration and SDRAM from
BootWare menus.
If password recovery capability is enabled, a console user can access the device configuration without
authentication to configure new passwords.
