The plotters accept drawing data in the following graphic languages:

HewlettĆPackard Graphics Language (HPĆGL), a vector language

HPĆGL/2, an enhanced version of HPĆGL

HewlettĆPackard Raster Transfer Language (HPĆRTL), a raster language

When receiving HPĆGL/2 data, the plotters can recognize and output the KanaĆ8, Kanji, and

Roman character sets.

The plotters support the following languages, enabling the user to read certain plotter

settings from the computer:
