Removing the Back Magazine
CAUTION Use standard precautions for electro-static discharge (ESD) protection.
NOTE Running the
Back Magazine Removal
test from the front panel before
powering-off the autoloader places the transport in the correct position to
allow removal of the back magazine.
The internal, back magazine is removed through the access panel on the
right side of the autoloader. To remove the back magazine, do the
following:
1. If necessary, remove the standalone cosmetic cover (see “Removing
the Standalone Cosmetic Cover” on page 1-7).
2. Remove the side access panel by removing the four T-8 screws holding
the panel in place (see Figure 2-5).
