Removing the Front Magazine
NOTE By running the
Back Magazine Removal
test from the front panel before
powering-off the autoloader, the transport is placed in the correct position
to allow removal of the back magazine. This is the first step in upgrading
the autoloader.
To begin upgrading the autoloader, remove the front magazine as follows:
1. To run the
Back Magazine Removal
test, access the following menu
path from the front panel.
2. Power-off the autoloader and unplug the power cord.
3. Open the front door to access the magazine.
4. Remove the magazine by depressing the release button at the bottom
of the magazine while pulling the magazine out by the plastic tab (see
Figure 2-2).
5. Use the magazine carrying handle to lift it out from the autoloader.
