To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
RCM 2.0 cable
To remove the component:
1. Power down the system .
2. Disconnect all peripheral cables from the nodes and chassis.
3. Remove all nodes from the chassis .
4. If installed, remove the security bezel .
5. Remove all drives .
6. If installed, remove the RCM module .
7. Remove all power supplies .
8. Remove the chassis from the rack .
9. Remove the access panel .
10. If Smart Storage Battery is installed, slightly pull up the battery holder from the chassis to access the
battery cable connection underneath it, and then disconnect the Smart Storage Battery cable.
11. Remove the PDB cover .
