11.7.4 Assembly and disassembly
of hydraulic hoses
NOTE
Use only original spare hoses from HORSCH
LEEB AS.
These spare hoses withstand the chemical,
mechanical and thermal loads.
¾
Generally use hose clamps made of V2A
when installing hoses.
When installing and disassembling hydraulic
hoses strictly comply with the following notes.
Generally ensure strict cleanliness!
Hydraulic hoses must generally be installed in
such a way, that under any operating condition
• tensile loads are ruled out, except loads
caused by their own weight.
• shorter hoses are not compressed.
• the permissible bending radii are not ex-
ceeded.
•
external mechanical effects on the hydraulic
hoses are avoided.
•
chafing of hoses on installed components
or amongst each other is prevented by ap-
propriate arrangement and fastening.
• are possible protected by protective hoses.
• components with sharp edges are covered.
¾
Fasten hydraulic hoses at the intended fas-
tening points.
¾
Avoid the use of hose brackets at point where
these would obstruct the natural movement
and length change of the hose.
¾
It is not permitted to cover hydraulic hoses
with paint!
NOTE
When connecting a hydraulic hose to
moving
parts
, the length of the hose must be dimen-
sioned in such a way that over the total move-
ment range the bending range is not lower
than permitted and/or the hydraulic hose is not
additionally subjected to tensile loads.
