1. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
2. Switch on the induction hopper on the terminal.
3. Fill the required preparation quantity as calcu-
lated for filling the container into the induction
hopper (max. 45l).
4. Turn the switch-over ball valve (e) to the posi-
tion for sucking-off (f). Have the content com
-
pletely sucked out of the induction hopper.
5. Close the switch-over ball valve again. If
necessary repeat this process, if more than
45 l of preparation is needed.
6. Preliminarily clean the induction hopper with
closed circuit flushing (b).
7. Open the switch-over ball valve and have the
contents sucked out.
8. Clean the illuviation valve with the washing gun.
9. Close the switch-over ball valve (e) again.
10.
Switch off the induction hopper on the ter
-
minal again.
11. Adjust the desired agitator power.
8.4.4 Flushing in powdery
preparations and carbonyl
diamide
NOTE
Be particularly cautious when handling
powdery preparations or carbonyl diamide!
Strictly wear protective clothing and face
protection!
Before spraying completely dissolve the carbonyl
diamide by recirculating fluids. When dissolving
larger carbonyl diamide quantities the tempera-
ture of the spraying mixture will drop considerably,
this dissolves the carbonyl diamide much slower.
The warmer the water, the quick and better the
dissolving of carbonyl diamide.
1. Fill the spraying mixture tank with approx.
500 litres of water.
2. Switch on the induction hopper on the terminal.
3. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
4. Turn the switch-over ball valve (e) to the posi-
tion for sucking-off (f).
5. Switch on
closed circuit flushing (b).
6. Switch on the shock nozzle (c).
7. Fill the required preparation quantity as calcu-
lated for filling the container into the induction
hopper (max. 45l).
8. Clean the illuviation valve with the washing gun.
9. Close the switch-over ball valve (e) again.
10.
Switch off the illuviation valve on the termi
-
nal again.
11. Top up the missing amount of water.
12. Adjust the desired agitator power.
