after having been picked up.
User ignores the panel after picking up. When you press the key '5', the panel will speak
'Alarm information', '3' for 'disarm information', '1' for 'arm information', '4' for 'listening to
scene of panel', '0' for 'Stopping dialing and hanging up'. The command '0', '1', '2' and '3'
can stop the panel's dialing. When the panel detects a new alarm event, it will dial again.
Panel's telephone line
is always busy
Panel keeps dialing
Check why the panel does not dial. For example, the wrong CMS number
will cause that panel cannot connect a telephone. When the panel is
dialing a telephone, the PSTN led will flash slowly.
Panel fails to communicate
to CMS
Panel's protocol is not suitable for CMS
Trouble with the telephone line
Change the protocol which will be suitable for CMS by using the command: 27 XY.
1. Test the panel's telephone line by using user's telephone and confirm it
is not busy now; 2. If the panel's communication depends on broadband,
connect the right wires between the panel and broadband device. Refer
the detail way to 'Connecting telephone line' in ' Installation system'
Not be controlled through
the telephone line.
Pressing telephone keys during a
wrong time.
The pressing is not available when the telephone says 'du, du'.
Pressing a key on the telephone after it has finished saying 'du, du'
A keypad does not work
Trouble with the Keypad line
power.
1. Check whether the keypad lines (3 wires) are put right, short or opened.
2. The keypad is locked after inputting several wrong passwords. The keypad
is available until 30 minutes later or you repower the panel
1. Check the keypad wires; 2. If the keypad wires are temporarily short,
the panel can power off by its protecting circuits. The panel can work
again after repowering
Panel doesn't work after AC
power is lost
Fuse(F6) is broken out
Battery does not work after having
been used for very long
Replace the fuse (F6). The fuse (F4) is the bridge which can supports the
power for wired detectors. Caution: Turn off AC power when operating.
Replace with a new battery.
Panel shows some trouble
keypads or detectors
1. disarm once more.
2. Put right the place in which the fault has happened
3. Turn off the option item about some trouble.
