Explanation

If a problem occurs with the printer, turn OFF the power          
to the meter, perform the appropriate measure  below,       
and turn the power to the meter back ON.

●

ERR No.10  Data memory over

Explanation

The number of data items has  exceeded  the  limit  of  the          
memory.

Cause

How to solve problem

The printer 
paper is 
jammed.

Remove the jammed paper.

There is no 
printer paper.

Load the printer with paper.

There is a 
problem with the 
printer 
connection.

Reconnect the printer after making 
sure there is nothing wrong with the 
connector parts.
