To  confirm  the  HNDR-Web  program,  launch  a  web  browser  such  as  Internet  Explorer  and 
enter  http://localhost/HNDR-Web  in  the  address  window.  Make  sure  that  the  HNDR-Web 
application is loaded successfully as below.
