Under all conditions.
Ignition switch ON and
main switch ON.
RESUME button pushed.
SET button pushed.
M/T: Clutch pedal
pushed.
A/T: Shift lever in 2, 3
or D.
Start the engine.
Ignition switch ON and
main switch ON. Raise
the rear of the car
rotate one wheel slowly.
Ignition switch ON, main
switch ON and brake
pedal pushed, then
released.
Brake pedal pushed,
then relelased.
Ignition switch ON.
Connect the battery
positive to the
terminal and negative to
the BLU terminal.
Connect the battery
positive to the
WHT terminal and nega-
tive to ground.
Check for continuity to
ground: should be continuity.
Check for voltage to ground:
should be battery voltage.
Ground each terminal:
Horns should sound as the
switch is pushed.
Check for continuity to
ground: should be continuity.
Check for voltage to ground:
should be battery voltage.
Check for voltage between the
LT GRN
and
terminals: should be
0-5-O-5 repeatedly.
Check for voltage to ground:
should be 0 with the pedal
pushed and battery voltage
with the pedal released.
Check for voltage to ground:
should be battery voltage with
the pedal pushed, and 0
with the pedal released.
Attach to ground: Indicator
light in the gauge assembly
comes on.
Check the operation of the ac-
tuator motor: should be able
to hear motor.
Check the operation of the
magnetic clutch: clutch should
click and output link should be
locked.
