Section 5 - Scheduled Maintenance

5.11 Dump Valve Assembly

The dump valve should be inspected and lubricated every 200 hours to keep it operating properly.

Replace components as required.

Dump Valve Repair

(Hydraulically operated)

Remove diffuser tube (2) with cartridge (3).

2. Remove cartridge (3) from slotted end and

replace with a new cartridge (3).

Replace diffuser tube (2) into valve body (1).
