Attach the Front Stabilizer
Attach the Front stabilizer (5) to the Main frame (4) with two M8*20 bolt (49
), Φ8 Flat washer(55) andΦ8 spring
washer(50).(Refer figure 1)
2) Attach the Rear Stabilizer
Attach the Rear stabilizer (1) to the
Main frame (4) with 2 sets of M8*20 bolt(49), Φ8 Spring washer (50) and Φ8 flat washer
(55). (Refer figure 2)
3) Attach the Handlebar Support
a. Connect up and down Computer wire (17, 18).
b. Insert the Handlebar support (7) to the Main frame (4) and secure it with four M8x16 Bolts (42
), Φ8 spring washer (50) and
Arc washers (34). (Refer figure 3)
4) Attach the Handle Pulse Tube and Computer
a. Pull out the Pulse wire (19) through Handlebar support (7). Attach Pole plug
(45) to Pulse wire (19) and them press it into the hole of Handlebar support
(7). Attach the Handlebar (8) to the Handlebar locator of the Handlebar post
(7) with the Handlebar cover (69) and Spacer (70) and lock it tightly with the T-
knob (71).
b. Take down two sets of bolts from the computer (11), Connect the Pulse wires
(19) and Computer wire (up) (18) to the joint of the computer (11) and put the
extra wires into the tube. Attach the computer to the Handlebar post (7) with
those bolts.
NOTE:
Please tighten T-knob after installing and adjusting the handlebar.
Slightly
move the handlebar in order to make it fixed in the groove when screwing the T-knob.
