STEP 1
1. Insert the 50*50 Plug(#64) to the part(#1, #2, #4, #5).
2.
Insert the φ28 End Cap(#55) to the part(#2).
3. Attach the part(#28) to the part(#1) using (1)M12 Nylon Lock Nut(#102).
4. Insert the Guide Rods(#7) into the holes of part(#1) and attach them using (2)M10*20 Countersunk Bolts(#100).
5. Attach the part(#5) into the part(#1) using (2)M10*75 Hex Bolts(
#94), (4) φ10 Washers(#108) and (2)M10 Nylon
Lock Nuts(#101).
6.
Attach the part(#2, #4) into the part(#1) using (2)M10*75 Hex Bolts(#94), (4) φ10 Washers(#108) and (2)M10 Nylon
Lock Nuts(#101).
Wrench tighten all bolts.
Step 2
1. Insert the 40*80 Plug(#66) to the part(#18).
2. Attach the part(#18) to the part(#1) using (2)M10*70 Hex Bolts(#93), (2
)φ10 Washers(#108).
3. Attach the part(#3) into the part(#1) using (2)M10*75 Hex Bolts(#94), (4
)φ10 Washers(#108) and (2)M10 Nylon
Lock Nuts(#101).
4. Attach the part(#29) to the part(#3) using (2)M10*65 Hex Bolts(#92), (4
)φ10 Washers(#108) and (2)M10 Nylon Lock
Nuts(#101).
