repairs of defects arising because of the User's fault;
•
occurrence of conditions making the repairs impossible without the Service providers fault
(no fuel, insufficient chimney draft, breaks in power supply, leaks from the central heating
system);
•
the user refuses the inspection of the boiler room and the central heating and hot tap water
systems by the HKS Lazar personnel;
10) The user shall notify the service immediately abut all defects in the boiler's operation.
11) Within the warranty period the user shall be entitled to:
•
unpaid repairs (except of the user tasks described in the Operation and installation manuals);
•
replacement of the system with a new one once the Authorised Service of HKS Lazar
confirms impossibility of repairs;
12) The pieces worn out within the regular operation are not covered by the warranty. This
applies in particular to: parts of the feeding system, gaskets, catalysts, thermo-insulation,
ceramic elements, burner and it elements, paint coating, ball bearings, linchpins, electric
motor's capacitors, elements providing air to the burner.
13) The boiler must be inspected and cleaned regularly as provided by the manual.
14) Impact defects shall not be included in warranty.
15) The Manufacturer does not hold responsibility for the system chosen inaccurately as regards
its output.
16) Tightness tests with compressed air are forbidden.
17) Damage arising from non-compliance to the present manual, and in particular from breach
of the terms of warranty, shall not be a base of warranty claims.
18) The Manufacturer shall be entitled to alterations in construction of the system within the
process of product development, which alterations do not have to be reflected in the present
Operation and installation manuals.
19) The Warranty Card features the service coupons. These shall be used for two purposes:
•
a filled service coupon shall be sent to the manufacturer after the annual maintenance
service; failure in sending the coupon will render the warranty void;
•
a filled service coupon shall be sent to the manufacturer after the warranty repairs; failure in
sending the coupon will render the warranty claim void.
