The boiler room must have proper air supply and exhaust ventilation, with air supply located above
boiler's room floor and exhaust ventilation outlet under a ceiling.
Boiler room must have fireproof door, with fire resistance class EI30. The boiler's room door should
be equipped with device allowing them to close automatically. While the boiler is working boiler
room's door should be closed.

9.3 Chimney system
Due to requirement of low chimney draft, fumes low temperature and possibility that
condensate follow selection of the proper chimney liner is of prime importance!
It is recommended to use ceramic or stainless heat resisting steel chimney liner, which will
provide proper conditions for boiler's work.
Proper connection of boiler smoke conduit to the chimney liner is crucial for proper operation of the
boiler – see figure no.11. The connection must be tight and prevent accumulation and flow of the
condensate into the boiler. Length of the smoke conduit shouldn't be longer than 3 meters,
