TROUBLESHOOTING
If any problem is found, troubleshoot to pinpoint the cause
and take appropriate action to prevent the problem from
occurring again. If the cause cannot be pinpointed, contact
your authorized dealer.
WARNING: Never attempt to adjust, disas-
semble, or repair hydraulic or electrical
components by yourself.
1. Engine
Trouble Cause Solution
Engine does not start.
•
Starter does not rotate
•
Engine is too cold
•
Incomplete air bleeding from the
fuel system
•
No fuel in the fuel tank
•
Fuel filter restriction
•
If the battery power is low, re-
charge or replace the battery
•
If the starter has failed, repair or
replace
•
If the connections are loose or
corroded, clean and tighten
•
Preheat the engine or warm up
coolant (Pour some hot water into
the cooling system)
•
Thoroughly bleed air
•
Refuel
•
Clean or replace the fuel filter
Engine stalls.
•
No fuel in the fuel tank
•
Air in the fuel system

Refuel

Re-tighten connections and bleed
Low engine oil pressure (Engine oil
pressure indicator comes on)
