The touch panel has been pen-touched. The touched positions on the
touch panel are output to the X position A/D register, Y position A/D
register, X position dot register and Y position dot register. At this
time, a pen touch ON interrupt is generated if the PEN_ONI bit is set to
“1.”
[Clear condition]
This register is cleared when 0 is written with the PEN_ONIF bit set to
“1.”

The touch panel has not been pen-touched (pen touch OFF).

At this time, a pen touch OFF interrupt is generated if the PEN_OFFI
