Using the Remote Client program
5-7.ALARM RECEPTION FUNCTION
Once the client has setup the alarm server function, client will able to receive alarm signals from
the DVR server. See page 23 and 67 for alarm setting.
Alarms are detected from the main program, then the signal will relay to the client. During this
process, the word “
Alarm ” will appear in red at the top right corner of the visual. And it starts to
record the all connected camera image at client computer until clicking “ RECORD ” button.
The user may also choose to exit the server by clicking the “ QUIT ” button. When you
click “ QUIT ” it ask “ Do you want to exit the Alarm Server ?” Click “ YES ” to stop
receive the alarm, or click “ NO ” to terminate the client program and run the alarm
server at background. If the alarm server runs at background, you can receive the
alarm even if the client program is not running.
