Using the DVR system
Save AVI Function
If you want to save the recorded data as an AVI file format onto HDD or other backup
drive, use this function.
First you need to find
the beginning image
from recorded image data. Click
the “
SAVE ” button on the
Search main screen.
To save a full motion video file
follow the same steps, but in the
“Save as type” drop down box,
choose
AVI . To continue with
saving a full motion, name the
file in the "File name" text box
(this can be done using a virtual
keyboard, default file name is
recorded date and time).
And
then clicking on “Save” will
display AVI option dialog. (shown below)
Specify the quality type and frame rate,
click on ‘
OK ’ button.
The Search program will lay back and
exporting the AVI file onto the selected
directory folder automatically.
When ‘
STOP ’ button is clicked, exporting
to AVI file will complete.
If you want to check the
created AVI backup file, you
can run ‘
Windows Media
player’ and select the AVI file
from the BACK UP folder.
