X-/Y-/Z- servo pack warning display list
The following table shows details of warnings. If the cause of a warning cannot be determined
through inspection, contact Hioki.
Alarm

Warning name
Description
Cause and solution
A.900
Over-deviation
Position deviation exceeded
the parameter setting
(Pn520×Pn51E/100).
•
The position command acceleration
is large.
•
The servo pack has failed.
A.901
Excessive position
deviation while servo
on
When the servo motor power
is on, the position deviation
exceeded the parameter
setting (Pn526×Pn528/100).
•
Motor control board or control
cable failure
A.910
Overload
This warning is issued before
reaching an A.710 or A.720
alarm. Continued operation
may trigger the alarm.
•
There is a problem in the drive
mechanism: Motor operation is
sluggish and is being blocked.
•
Motor oscillation: Inspect for loose
couplings or belts.
•
The servo pack has failed.
A.911
Oscillation
An abnormal oscillations was
detected. The detection level
for this error is the same as
for A.520. However, whether
to issue an alarm or warning
can be set with the Pn310
oscillation detection switch.
•
There may be a problem in the
drive mechanism.
•
Motor oscillation: Inspect for loose
couplings or belts.
A.920
Regenerative
overload
This warning is issued before
reaching the regeneration
overload alarm (A.320).
Continued operation may
trigger the alarm.
•
Abnormal supply voltage: Check
whether the supply voltage is
exceeding system specifications.
A.921
DB overload
This warning is issued before
reaching the DB overload alarm
(A.731). Continued operation
may trigger the alarm.
•
Abnormal supply voltage: Check
whether the supply voltage is
exceeding system specifications.
•
The servo pack has failed.
A.930
Absolute value
encoder battery error
This warning indicates a drop
in the absolute value encoderʼs
battery voltage.
•
This error should not be
encountered during the course of
normal operation.
•
The servo pack has failed.
A.941
Change to parameter
requiring system
power to be cycled
A parameter that requires the
system power to be cycled
was changed.
•
This error should not be
encountered during the course of
normal operation.
•
This error occurs when the servo
parameters are changed (during
service).
A.971
Undervoltage
This warning is issued before
reaching the undervoltage
alarm (A.731). Continued
operation may trigger the
alarm.
•
The AC power supply voltage is
140 V or less.
•
Power supply voltage error; check
that the power supply voltage is
not lower than the voltage in the
specification.
A.9A0
Overtravel
When the servomotor power
is on, overtravel status is
detected.
•
Use the input signal monitor
(Un005) to check the status of the
overtravel signals.
