shows solid blue, but
frame grabber
software cannot
generate image.
1. Incorrect parameter
settings of frame
grabber software.
2. Camera is in trigger
mode.
1. Check whether parameter settings of
frame grabber software are set correctly.
2. Disable trigger mode.

Live view is black.
Aperture is closed.
Open the aperture.

Live view is normal,
but camera cannot be
triggered.
Incorrect I/O wiring or
trigger mode is not
enabled.
1. Check whether the I/O wiring is correct
under corresponding triggering mode.
2. Check whether the camera trigger
mode and related trigger signal input are
normal.

the image required by
the algorithm.
The image output
format does not match.
Confirm the image format required by the
algorithm and adjust the image output
format of the camera in client software.
