Bracket

(not included in scope of supply)

Put the motors head into the bracket and secure the motor with the safety parts of the bracket to prevent axial displacement.

 Idler bracket

(not included in scope of supply)

Fix the other part of the shaft with the idler onto the idler bracket. Adjust any inaccurateness through inserting or extracting of the idler.

• Secure idler with a screw to prevent axial displacement.
• The idler must be placed in a way that at least 2/3 of the idler are inside the winding shaft.

Firstly, please place the motor with the side of the crown adapter in the shaft.

Important! -

The motor needs to have sufficient space when using shafts with internal grooved seams.

Afterwards press the shaft completely onto the adapter on the motors head.

Important! -

Make sure that the adapter does not move off of the motors head while assembling,

otherwise it will cause malfunction.

3.3 Assembling the motor in the brackets

Placing the idler

Place the idler into the shaft. Afterwards put the ball bearing (not included in the scope of delivery)
onto the axial pin of the idler.

Mount the roller shutter properly with fixing springs (not included in the scope of supply) on the winding shaft. Insert the backup / fixing springs into the
topmost slats of the roller shutter and secure the springs in the rectangular holes of the winding shaft,
• For backup / fixing springs, item no. HR144160 and HR144200 the maximum distance between the connectors is 40 cm,
• for rigid shaft connectors, item no. HR130005, HR130006, HR130007 the maximum distance between the connectors is 80 cm,
in order to ensure an even distribution of the tensile forces.

Important! -

The topmost slat of the hanging should not protrude completely beyond the inlet funnel.

Attention! –

Never utilize drills/screws to fix the roller shutter near the motor.

Please only connect the hanging and the winding shaft with suitable shaft connectors. Drills / screws can damage the motor. If the
motor or any part of the motor is damaged, it must not be put into operation. Consequential damages due to non-compliance cannot be
excluded.

Attention! -

The hanging / roller shutter can due to contact cause considerable personal injury and / or material damage during the

winding process. Always keep visual contact with the moving hanging.
