3. The machine should be parked at solid even surface.
4. Remove settled sediments.
5. The chute clean always immediately after finishing work. Then let machine get dry well.
6. Wipe the surface of the machine and engine cover with dry cloth and remove all dirts.
Never use aggressive detergents or solvents for cleaning.
HOW.TO.AVOID.POSSIBLE.DAMAGES.ON.THE.MACHINE
If there are frequently caught by snow blower stones, branches or other object, stop the machine
and check possible damage. Found damage has to be repaired immediately, never continue
to work with damaged machine. Before starting work should the engine reach operation
temperature. Finishing the work let the engine run few minutes idle.
• Switch of the blower spiral when you change the place or if the snow blower is out of operation
do not overload the snow blower by driving too fast by snow cleaning.
• When you hit any solid object switch off the engine, disconnect the connector of spark plug,
check contingent damage before you start the engine again to continue working.
• In case of abnormal vibrations proceed according to instructions (see instruction for removal
of fault).
FASTENING SCREWS OF SNOW BLOWER
The spiral is fastened to the drive shaft by shear bolts (fig. 20A). This bolts can be broken while
strong resistance of spiral caused by e.g. wedged stones, metal pipe or bar or similar objects. The
snow blower is protected hereby from more serious damage. These bolts must be replaced only
by original spare bolts. Remove cut bolts, clean connecting flats and lubricate them by grease.
Use new original parts and nuts for replacement of broken ones.
Caution! NEVER replace the auger shear pins with anything other than authorized
part. Replacement shear pins. Any damage to the auger gearbox or other
components as a result of failing to do so will NOT be covered by your snow
thrower’s warranty.
Warning! Always turn off the snow thrower’s engine and move ON/OFF switch to
OFF position remove the key from the ignition prior to replacing shear pins.
LUBRICATION
WARNING: Before lubricating, repairing, or inspecting, disengage all controls and
stop engine. Wait until all moving parts have come to a complete stop.
All rotating parts should be lubricated at least after every 25 hours or once a season of operation
lubricate by light machine oil.
IMPORTANT: Avoid oil spillage on rubber friction wheel and aluminum drive plate.
WHEELS
At least once a season, remove both wheels. Clean and coat the axles with a multipurpose
automotive waterproof grease before reinstalling wheels.
CHUTE.DIRECTIONAL.CONTROL
Once a season, the joystick should be lubricated with a multipurpose automotive waterproof
