Factory reset
Selecting the ‘Factory reset’ setting will allow you to clear the TV settings and all user loaded apps. The TV
will be returned to the factory or default state. Only the original apps and services will remain after the reset
process. All data will be lost.
To Reset: select ‘Factory reset’ from the main settings menu. A dialog will appear to confirm you wish to con-
tinue. Remember all data will be lost and the device will be returned to its factory state.
To continue select ‘OK’, the screen will shut off and the device will reboot. There will be no picture until the
process is complete. This process generally take 1-2 minutes. Once complete the TV will restart and the
home screen will be displayed.
Do not remove power or unplug the TV during this process
