Bridge Sensor
template, the manufacturer defines the physi
cal measured quantity and the physical unit.
The available unit for the particular measured quantity is specified in the IEEE
Standard. For the measured quantity of torque, the unit is "N
@
m".
At the time of creating the template it is also necessary to choose between the
options "Full Precision", "mV/V" and "uV/V" for the accuracy of the characteris
tic transducer curve mapped in TEDS.
The factory setting is "Full Precision", in order to be able to use full digital reso
lution. This choice is also recommended to users who program the TEDS mem
ory themselves.
