PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Problem
Cause
Solution
Machine does not start.
Battery is not charged.
Replace the battery.
The multi switch is set to “OFF”
Rotate the Multi Switch to “ON”.
No gasoline.
Fill the fuel tank.
Stale gasoline or water in gasoline.
Replace the gasoline.
Oil level is low.
The machine shuts down when the oil level is low. Top up the oil level.
Fuel switch is set to “OFF”.
Turn the fuel switch to “ON”.
Spark plug defective, dirty or incorrectly
spaced.
Adjust or replace the spark plug.
Engine stored without draining gasoline.
Drain the fuel. Refuel the engine with new gasoline.
The air filter is dirty.
Clean or replace the air filter.
The motor has no power.
The air filter is dirty.
Clean or replace the air filter.
Engine stored without draining gasoline.
Drain the fuel. Refuel the engine with new gasoline.
AC reset button not working.
Output indicator is “OFF”, and overload
indicator is “ON”.
Check AC load. Stop and restart the engine. Check the cooling air intake. Stop
and restart the engine.
AC circuit protection has tripped.
Check the AC load and reset the AC circuit protector.
GFCI system is activated.
Reset the RCD.
The device that is connected is defective.
Try another device.
