CLEANING CYCLE
Here you can set the number of pages after which the printer performs a cleaning cycle.
This means that the printer will stop printing and move the print units to the cleaning
position and perform the cleaning. After the cleaning the printer will resume the print job.

CAPPING END
Here you can set a period of time for which the print units remain in their printing position
after a print jobs has finished. After that time the print units move back into the capping
position. With this feature you can print several print jobs in a row, without having to wait
for the print units moving into the capping position and back to the printing position.

Cartridge maintenance
Depending on the type of ink you use the ink may start to dry within
the nozzles, if the print units are not moved back into the capping
position for an extended period of time. This could make manual
cartridge maintenance necessary.

CAPPING MIDDLE
Here you can set a period of time for which the print units remain in their printing position
during a stop in a running job. After that time the print units move back into the capping
position. This feature is useful when using the printer inline with other machines. By
selecting a longer period of time you make sure that the print units remain in printing
position when there is a stop or delay (e.g. delay in the material feeding).
