Ink on transport belt after test print
Condition Problem Solution
Ink is printed onto a
transport belt when
performing a test print or
clean heads.
The material is too small or it
is not fed in the correct
position.
Use a large enough material
(min. height 77 mm / 1.5”)
to accommodate the test
print.
Feed the material according
to the position shown by the
printer before starting the
test print. E.g.

Emergency system cannot be released
Condition Problem Solution
The display shows the
message
SAFETY COVER OPEN OR
EMERGENCY BUTTON!
CODE: 49
and the printer cannot be set
back to normal, by pressing
the green emergency release
button.
One section of the
emergency system is still
open.
Check if all red emergency
buttons are released.
Check if all emergency stop
connections on the machine
are set up and connected
correctly (see chapter
Emergency stop connection).
Check the emergency
buttons and connections on
all connected devices.

Make sure that the
transparent cover and the
finger protection are
completely closed.
