When you exceed these limits, an alarm reminds you. The alarms create a maintenance record.
Maintain the system to maintain the warranty. Replace parts according to the following schedule.
Replacing Part Frequency
Tie Rods Every 3 years.
Gas Barrels Every 7 years
Check Valves After 2,000,000 cycles
Gas Section Seals After 1000 hours
Oil Filter After 2000 hours or 1 year
Oil After 2000 hours
After you complete the service, log into the system using a Service account and reset the values to
zero.
Ordering Replacement Parts
A good practice is to stock replacement parts to avoid interruption of production. When ordering,
specify the serial number of the system and the item number of the part.
