Insufficient oil flow to motors.
Plugged oil filter.
Hydraulic pump defective.
Variable speed control valve not
open all the way.
Hydraulic motor defective.
Oil too thin.
Not enough oil flow to hydraulic
pump.
Loose connection to the motor.
Increase tractor RPM speed.
Replace filter.
Replace hydraulic pump.
Open variable speed control valve
more.
Repair or replace hydraulic motor.
Replace with heavier oil.
Change oil filter, replace oil with
new oil and fill to proper level.
Check and tighten connection.
None of the motors operate.
Discharge auger variable speed
control valve will not engage or
disengage.
Variable speed control valve
defective.
Replace varible speed control
valve.
Pump not being driven.
Hydraulic pump defective.
Discharge auger variable speed
control valve relief pressure set
too low.
Check sheaves and belt for
malfunction.
Replace hydraulic pump.
Check pressure to valve, if
pressure is low adjust to factory
setting or replace if it will not
adjust.
Swinging Intake Auger (SIA)
attachment will not operate.
SIA variable speed control in the
off position.
SIA variable speed control valve
relief pressure set too low.
Check mechanical linkage
controls and open valve.
Check pressure to valve, if
pressure is low adjust to factory
setting or replace if will not adjust.
Auger in SIA turns in the wrong
direction.
Motor connections crossed.
Switch hoses connections to
change direction of motor
rotation.
