SERVICING INTERVALS
1. Use a hand
-
held grease gun for all greasing.
2. Wipe grease fitting with a clean cloth before greasing to avoid injecting dirt
and grit.
3. Replace and repair broken fittings immediately.
4. If fittings will not take grease, remove and clean thoroughly. Also clean
lubricant passageway. Replace fitting if necessary.
5.2.1 8 Hours, Daily or Every 10 Bales:
1. Lubricate the PTO shaft (eight locations). See Lubrication Procedure from
Weasler (page 5.5). Follow

2. Check the conditions of the rotor and flails. Remove all entangled material.
Repair damaged components. Replace broken components.
3. Check wheel bearings. Remove twine or other entangled material.
4. Check shear bolt. Tighten if loose. Replace if broken or damaged.
